Apartments Near UW
To secure your spot at The Standard at Seattle, simply click on the “Apply Now” tab to fill out an online application. Here, applicants are able to choose their desired floor plan. The final step for securing your spot at our UW apartment community is to sign a housing contract.
Our individual housing contracts last for 12 months and are valid from early August to late July, coinciding with the University of Washington’s academic schedule.
Your monthly installment payments for our UW off campus housing will include trash removal, Internet, cable TV, and access to our community amenities.
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month. Payments received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th) will be considered late. We make paying your installments easy, as you can drop off a check at our Leasing Office, or you can pay online via our resident portal.
Our apartments come equipped with all the appliances UW students need, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
How many bedrooms the apartment will have depends on the chosen floor plan. The Standard at Seattle offers a variety of layouts and bedroom options, from cozy studios to spacious six-bedroom apartments, so you can find the perfect floor plan to fit your lifestyle.
Yes! Our apartments come fully furnished with premier features, including a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment stand, and seats for dining. In addition, each bedroom comes with a mattress, bed frame, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser.
